We accept returns only if:

The entire order is returned

Items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

We donโ€™t accept partial returns or returns due to change of mind.

Yes โ€” refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect your full returned order.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

๐Ÿ” What if my item is damaged or defective?

We take great care in packing, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us at hello@vanaskincare.com within 14 days of
purchase, and attach clear photos.

Weโ€™ll send a replacement โ€” no refunds for damaged items.

๐Ÿ“ What if I entered thewrong address or didnโ€™t claim my parcel?

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, youโ€™ll need to cover the postage fee to have it resent.

๐Ÿšš My parcel says it was delivered, but I didnโ€™t receive it. What should I do?

All orders are sent with tracking. If your parcel shows as delivered, we are not liable for theft or loss after delivery.

Please check with your local courier and consider filing a report if you suspect theft.
