Refund policy
At VanaSkin, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help — but please note that we have a strict 7-day return policy.
📦 Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order, only under the following conditions:
- The entire order must be returned
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Partial returns or selective item refunds will not be accepted
If your return meets these conditions, please contact us at hello@vanaskincare.com with:
Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is on our end.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
We pack every order with care, but occasional transit damage may occur. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please email us at hello@vanaskincare.com within 7 days of purchase, including clear photos of the damage.
In such cases, we will issue a replacement only — no refunds.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Used or opened products
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
🚚 Shipping Responsibility
- All orders are sent via tracked delivery
- If tracking shows the parcel was delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen items after delivery
- If you suspect theft, we recommend contacting your local courier and/or filing a police report
📍 Incorrect or Unclaimed Deliveries
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout or a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the postage cost to have it resent.
