At VanaSkin, we want your skincare treats to arrive safe and sound. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
π¦ Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1β3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Youβll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
π Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
We use a trusted carrier like Australia Post, to ensure the best possible delivery.
Standard Shipping (2β8 business days):
$11.00 for orders below $129.99
Free for orders $130 and above

Express Shipping (1β4 business days):
$18.95 for orders below $199.99
Free for orders $200 and above
All shipping options come with tracking.
π Authority to Leave & Delivery Responsibility
If you or your courier authorise the parcel to be left unattended at your premises, please note:
VanaSkin is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once marked as delivered.
This includes exposure to sunlight, rain, heat, or adverse weather that may affect the contents.
We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel, or using a secure parcel locker if needed.
π Redirection via MyPost
If you are an Australia Post MyPost customer and choose to redirect your parcel:
VanaSkin is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or delivered to an unintended address due to redirection.
Any delivery issues after a customer-initiated change via AusPost are outside our control.
β Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. The delivery address shown in your order confirmation email will be the one we ship to.
We cannot change addresses once the parcel is dispatched.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for paying reshipping fees.

We ship to New Zealand using Australia Post International Standard with full tracking.

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 AUD
Delivery timeframe is approximately 6β12 business days depending on your location.
π± Currency & Duties
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Please note that local taxes, customs duties, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. VanaSkin is not liable for any additional charges that may apply upon delivery.
π Returns to Sender
If a parcel is Returned to Sender due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay import duties:

The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or

A re-delivery fee will apply if you wish to have it sent again
